The Ghana Islamic Microfinance www.ghanaislamicmicrofinance an upcoming microfinance institution that seeks to offer ethical micro financing in Ghana, campaign against predatory loans and offer interest free loans for both the Muslim and Non-Muslim community in Ghana have learnt with shock the passing away of Ibrahim Shaributu the brother of the National Chief Imam Sheik Nuhu Shaributu. The Management, Board and Shareholders of the Ghana Islamic Microfinance have expressed their sincere condolences to the National Chief Imam, the bereaved family and all the Muslims in Ghana. In these trying times, we sympathize with the National Chief Imam to take heart and take consolation from the Holy Quran 56:60-61 in which Allah commanded that"We have ordained death among you, and we are not to be overcome, so that we may change your state and make you grow into what you know not." Death is a very painful and emotional time, yet one that may be filled with hope and mercy. Muslims believe that death is a departure from the life of this world, but not the end of a person's existence. Rather, eternal life is to come, and we pray for Allah's mercy for the perpetual flame to shine upon your dear brother Ibrahim Shaributu in hopes that he may find peace and happiness in the life to come.
